At Kingswood Court Nursing Home we have a full compliment of nursing, care and ancilliary staff. Our staff are employed directly rather than through an agency which means that you can have confidence that they know our residents well. Many of our staff have been with us for many years. When we recruit new staff we ask ourselves the question – does this person have a caring nature and a good attitude? If the answer is yes then we know that they will fit in well.
