Personal Care Plans

At the heart of our approach to residential care is the understanding that everyone is an individual with their own wishes and ideas. We work closely with each resident and their family to assess all their needs - physical, physiological, emotional and spiritual - and create individual care plans.

These care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure we continue to meet the needs and expectations of our residents.

Our friendly, attentive and conscientious care team comprises of qualified nurses and highly trained care assistants. They are on hand 24 hours a day to provide care and support tailored to your individual needs.

Care includes:

  • Personalised care plans
  • Long-term care
  • Respite and convalescent care
  • Palliative care - working closely with a local hospice where required
  • Room service

Therapies

We offer a truly holistic approach to your wellbeing. Good care goes beyond physical needs; emotional, mental and spiritual needs are all just as real and important. To help you enjoy and live your life to the full, we facilitate a range of therapies. These include:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Aromatherapy
  • Sensory therapy/hand massage
  • Reflexology
  • Hairdressing
  • Beauty therapy
  • Chiropody

Residential Options

We are a residential care home in Surrey, providing a comfortable, clean and welcoming home environment.

There are three wings at Kingswood Court to cater for different needs and to provide a flexible price range. Over all three of the wings, we can provide residential care for up to 59 people.

All rooms in the home have a nurse call system.

Main House

The main house is the central, historic Georgian building at the heart of Kingswood Court. We have a number of rooms available here. Most are private, but there are some that are large enough to allow for shared use to accommodate couples.

Rooms in this area tend to have higher ceilings, sash windows and other features in line with the home’s Georgian history.

The main house is a great residential option for those who are more independent or primarily have nursing care needs.

Kingfisher Wing

The kingfisher wing shares the same communal areas as the main house, such as the dining room and lounge areas. However, these rooms are more modern and tend to be smaller.

Residential care at the Kingfisher wing consists of the same high quality nursing care but at our most affordable price.

Rooms all still include a nursing call system and are comfortable and accommodating to ensure every resident feels at home.

Kestrel Wing

The Kestrel wing is in a separate area of the house and has its own communal areas such as a dining room and activity rooms. It’s specifically designed to help those with dementia feel comfortable and safe.

Our specialist dementia care is delivered in this area of the house. Everything from the furnishings to the décor has been carefully planned to help residents with dementia feel at home.
