Care Home in Tadworth
Kingswood Court is located in Kingswood near Tadworth and serves the local area of Surrey including Reigate, Banstead and further afield. A striking Georgian country mansion, our care home provides a tranquil and beautiful environment where residents can feel at home. We have outdoor facilities such as an eating area and gardens, alongside welcoming indoor areas including community rooms and private bedrooms.
Kingswood is a stone’s throw from Tadworth village and enjoys fantastic road connections to nearby towns and cities around Surrey including Redhill, Leatherhead, Epsom and Reigate. Tadworth also has a train station for easy, wider connections.

Grounds
Kingswood Court Nursing Home used to be a grand, country home, which means that we can now make the most of the beautiful grounds and gardens. In the warm weather, our outdoor seating area is a fantastic way to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and is an excellent place to eat meals. With smooth and even pathways which are wheelchair friendly, all our residents can enjoy a walk around the gardens. There are plenty of flowers, wildlife and garden gnomes!
Nursing Home Staff
Our team of staff is made up of friendly and compassionate people with a matron who oversees the home. We're a close knit team that delivers the highest standard of care with a smile!
Our goal is to ensure every resident enjoys the best quality of life, feels seen as an individual and has access to any specialise care they might need. This includes dementia care and support.
We want residents to know that they are respected and therefore always deliver care with dignity and compassion. We accept nothing less than the highest standards.
Residential Rooms
We offer care for up to 59 residents at Kingswood Court. As a former country home, every room is a bit different, so you can make it feel like your own. We encourage every resident to bring along photos, possessions and favourite items to make their room feel more homely and welcoming.
While the building was once a country home in Tadworth, it now benefits from new refurbishments and extensions to make it as comfortable as possible. Most rooms have ensuite facilities and, while we have private rooms, there are also some larger rooms that are ideal for sharing if you prefer company.
Each room is equipped with a nurse call system. There are three distinct areas within our home that cater to a wide range of care needs and preferences:

Main House
This is the central ‘historic building’ area of Kingswood Court. The rooms tend to be larger with high ceilings and sash windows. The residents in Main House are on the whole more independent or primarily have nursing care needs. It has a vibrant and sociable feel.
Kingfisher Wing
The Kingfisher wing offers quality living accommodation along with premium nursing care at our most affordable price. The Kingfisher wing specialises in nursing care.
Kestrel Wing
The Kestrel wing is a purpose built area of the home that specialises in dementia care. The decor and surroundings are engaging and designed with dementia in mind, helping to make residents feel comfortable and safe. The Kestrel wing, with its own lounge and dining area, is separate to the main house so we can provide tailored care.

Kingswood Court Nursing Home is part of a small, privately owned group, we call them sister homes reflecting our ethos of Family and care.
